Attachment: Commencement

The beginning of a story taking place in a world where most people have special objects called Attachments. As well as Humans, there are also beings called Flares, Bridges, and Voices. This story serves to introduce several characters and their motives, which will hopefully be expanded on in another story later on. Think of it as a really long prologue.
